EchoStep is provided as a perpetual license for version 1.x. You may activate your license on up to 3 devices belonging to you.
Your license key is locked to your hardware. If you change your computer, please contact support to reset your hardware ID.
Since EchoStep is a digital product, refunds are generally handled through Lemon Squeezy. We offer a 14-day refund period if the software fails to function on your specific hardware configuration.
